Every two years a number of residents from around Bleasby kindly open their gardens to visitors in order to help raise funds to support Bleasby Village Hall and Church. This year there will be ten gardens to enjoy along with a traditional hay meadow and floral displays in the church and throughout the village.

Gardens are open from Sunday 9th June from 2pm until 6pm and admission is £5pp (children are free), starting at The Waggon & Horses carpark. Throughout the day refreshments will be served at The Village Hall where there will also be an opportunity to purchase locally grown plants.

During the week leading up to the Open Gardens event, local residents are helping to make Bleasby, Goverton and Gibsmere beautiful by displaying seasonal blooms at the front of homes, on garden gates and walls or by creative use of old bikes, wellies, wheelbarrows and watering cans.......there will be no official judging as everyone's a winner!

Any questions about Bleasby Open Gardens, please contact Lynda Ogilvie on 01636 830661 or about Bleasby In Bloom, please contact Bobbie Desbruslais on 07742 609332.
