Bleasby Nature Day - 12th May

By Bleasby Grasshoppers Bleasby Parish Council

Friday, 26 April 2024

Bleasby Volunteers

Come along on the 12th May 2024 to a family event for the Bleasby community; taking place at Jubilee Ponds, Main Meadow area (turn left as you enter through the main gate and follow the signs until you reach The Bug Hotel).

Bleasby Grasshoppers will be there from 2pm until 4pm to help you:

  • learn about building a mini-pond for your garden and get advice on establishing larger ponds
  • build a nest for solitary bees to take home for your garden

All materials will be provided on a fist come, first serve basis.

This is our second Grasshoppers Nature day event, following on from the Bug Hotel and Bird Box build last year. Everyone is welcome to drop in on the day - if you don't want to participate, just come along for a chat.
