Travel & Accommodation

Bleasby has good public transport access with a regular bus and train service running directly from the village. Nottingham, Newark and Lincoln are all within easy reach.

The latest train timetable and bus timetable can be accessed from these links and the pdf attachment at the bottom of this page.

The new A46 dual carriageway connecting the A1 and M1 makes access to Bleasby by car easy from further field. See map below for local directions.

We would ask anyone parking their car in Bleasby to use the legally available spaces along Main Street and take special care during school  arrival and departure times. There is no public car park or toilet facilities in Bleasby but both the pub and church do have parking available for their visitors.

The village is proud to offer ample eating and drinking hospitality through Manor Farm Tea Shoppeat the railway station end of the village and The Waggon & Horsesat the church end of the village, opposite Glebe Field

There are some local B&B's available and Manor Farm offers a Shepherds Hut for cosy over night stays! Otherwise, there is plenty of accommodation available in nearby Southwell.

Boat Lane Caravan & Camping, site just outside the village on the River Trent, is open all year round.
